North West Inspector reserves the right to remove or restrict access to, data, reports or searches on the North West Inspector site in the event of none payment within the agreed terms. This will be by prior agreement between North West Inspector and the client.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Placing an order through North West Inspector initiates the purchasing of documents instantly. Therefore it is highly unlikely that North West Inspector will be able to offer a refund. If you wish to cancel an order, for a genuine reason, we will attempt to cancel any components which have not yet been returned. We cannot guarantee however that this will be possible. Any refund North West Inspector receives will be passed onto our client. It is the client’s responsibility to inform North West Inspector as soon as they decide they wish to cancel an order.
When orders placed through North West Inspector have been finalised the client will be notified by email or SMS (dependant on supplied contact details) and an electronic version of the reports will then be available. If hard copies have been requested they will be sent out as soon as possible by Royal Mail (fees apply for hard copies, please ask for prices).
In the event of a complaint regarding information displayed on the North West Inspector website or any other complaint please contact North West Inspector at firstname.lastname@example.org . If the complaint cannot be dealt with to the satisfaction of the complainant then the complaint will be passed to the appropriate governing body of the provider of the report.
